Cancellation Policy:
No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of transfer/tour.
Delay and Damage Charges:
RENTALS:
All equipment is rented in its present condition. The renter has full responsibility for the care of the equipment. Damages or lost equipment will be charged repair or replacement costs.
Renters have the option to purchase an Accidental Damage Protection add-on.
Late return of equipment will be charged at the hourly rental rate.
TRANSPORTATION:
Whistler Executive Transportation is not responsible for delays due to airline schedule changes, lost luggage, immigration, weather, road closures, or traffic conditions.
Delays/Waiting will be charged at the hourly rate for that vehicle.
Damage/Spills/Stains will be charged repair or clean up costs.
Smoking, alcohol consumption and drug use is prohibited in any of our vehicles.
Gratuities:
Whistler Eco TOURS & RENTALS:
Gratuities are NOT included in your booking unless specifically stated as a line item on your invoice / confirmation. In Canada a tip of 15-20% is customary. Please do consider tipping your driver/guide for excellent service!
Whistler Executive TRANSPORTATION:
A 15% Gratuity is included with your reservation. If you feel your Driver has gone beyond in service quality please feel free to tip on top of the industry standard.
Release of Liability:
Whistler Eco TOURS & RENTALS:
ALL tour participants or equipment renters aged 19 years and older must read and agree to our Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement BEFORE participating in any activity. In your booking confirmation click on 'View Required Documents' to access the waiver. Participants and renters aged 18 and below can be added to the guardian's document. A copy of the waiver can be found here: Release of Liability
